This Policy integrates and supersedes our separate Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
By accessing our website, registering for our Services, or downloading and using our Android application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms contained herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Services Description
We provide an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution on a Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) model, primarily designed for Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). The Services include, but are not limited to:
- Lead management
- Accounting
- Payment processing
- HR management

User Account & Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including software, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of FINNID INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except for the limited license to use the Services as described herein.
Third-Party Links & Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Payment Gateway providers like Cashfree). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them.

We collect and process data to provide, secure, and improve our Services. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described below, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related rules.

- Group Companies & Advisors: As required for business operations, audit, or legal advice.

Important: We do not sell your personal data. We explicitly do not store credit/debit card details or similar sensitive payment data.
Data Security & Retention
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We retain your information as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Rights (India)
- Review & Correction: You can review and request correction of your personal data by contacting us.
- Consent Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent for data collection by writing to [email protected]. Note that this may affect our ability to provide certain Services.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your data. We will comply where required by law. For requests related to data stored within the Android app, you can also manage or request deletion via the app's settings or by contacting us.
Permissions Justification for Google Play Store Compliance
Our Android app requests specific permissions only for core functionality, as detailed below, in full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies:
- Contacts Permission: Used explicitly for lead management features, allowing users to select contacts for business purposes. We do not upload contact lists to our servers without explicit user action and consent.
- SMS Permission: Used in a highly restricted manner only for reading auto-detected OTPs and transactional SMS for automatic payment reconciliation. This is a critical feature for automating accounting entries. We do not access, read, or store other SMS messages. This use is clearly disclosed to the user within the app before permission is requested.
- Biometric Permission: Used solely to facilitate secure, user-convenient attendance marking within the HR module. Biometric data remains on the user's device.
- Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Required to enable (a) geo-fencing for precision agriculture services, (b) location verification for AEPS and Aadhaar Pay fintech transactions as per regulatory requirements, (c) GIS survey and geospatial data collection for government-allotted Nagar Palika/municipal projects, (d) travel distance calculation for field employee expense management, and (e) attendance location verification. Location is accessed only during active use of these features, with clear runtime disclosure provided to users prior to permission request.
We commit to providing clear, in-app explanations for each permission request at runtime, as required by Google Play policies.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our Services are primarily digital SAAS offerings. The following policy applies:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription plan as per the terms outlined at the time of purchase. Requests for cancellation of an order for services must be made immediately after purchase. No cancellation is typically permitted once the service provisioning process has commenced.
- Refunds: Refunds for subscription fees may be considered on a prorated basis if Services are fundamentally unavailable or not as described. You must raise a refund claim via our customer service within 7 days of the issue.
- Defective Services: In case of a service defect, please report to our Customer Service within 7 days. We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include service credit or a prorated refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 9-15 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Customizations, implementation services, or specific digital goods once delivered are generally not eligible for refunds unless found defective.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
- We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
