This Unified Policy ("Policy") constitutes a legally binding agreement between FINNID INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") and you ("you," "your," or "User") governing your use of our website https://finnid.in/ and the associated FINNID ERP solution ("Services"), including its Android application available on Google Play Store.

This Policy integrates and supersedes our separate Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

By accessing our website, registering for our Services, or downloading and using our Android application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms contained herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

By using our Services, you confirm your acceptance of this Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Services Description

We provide an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution on a Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) model, primarily designed for Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). The Services include, but are not limited to:

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including software, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of FINNID INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except for the limited license to use the Services as described herein.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Payment Gateway providers like Cashfree). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them.

Data Collection & Use (Privacy Terms)

We collect and process data to provide, secure, and improve our Services. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described below, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related rules.

Information We Collect

Personal Data

Name, contact details (address, email, phone number), demographic information, and any other data required to provide the Services.

Contacts/Phonebook

For lead management and communication purposes within the app.

SMS

Strictly limited to reading OTP (One-Time Password) and transactional messages from approved financial institutions or payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree) solely for the purpose of automatically recording and reconciling financial transactions within the accounting module. We do not read, store, or process personal or other SMS conversations.

Biometric Data

For HR management modules, to enable biometric attendance marking using your device's secure biometric authentication system (e.g., fingerprint, facial recognition). The biometric data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Location Data

We collect precise and/or approximate location data from your device for the following essential service functionalities:

  • Precision Agriculture Services: To enable digital geo-fencing of agricultural land parcels, allowing accurate farm boundary mapping and delivery of location-based precision farming advisories and services.
  • Financial Services Compliance (AEPS/Aadhaar Pay): To verify and record the geographic location from which users access Aadhaar-Enabled Payment System (AEPS) and Aadhaar Pay services, as required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and transaction audit trails.
  • Government GIS Survey (Nagar Palika): To conduct Geographic Information System (GIS) surveys for urban local bodies (Nagar Palika/Municipal Corporations) under government-allotted projects, enabling accurate geospatial data collection, asset mapping, and property survey as mandated by the relevant government authorities.
  • Field Staff Travel & Expense Management: To track distance travelled by field employees using company vehicles (e.g., bikes) for accurate calculation of travel kilometres and reimbursement processing.
  • Attendance Verification: To record the geographic location from which employees mark their attendance, ensuring accountability and preventing fraudulent check-ins.

Location data is collected only when the relevant feature is actively in use and with your explicit consent. You may disable location access through your device settings; however, this may limit access to certain location-dependent features.

Automated Data

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, and gather demographic information. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our Services
  • To process transactions and send payment links
  • To automatically update bookkeeping records upon payment confirmation
  • To share invoices via integrated communication services (e.g., WhatsApp)
  • To improve our Services, for internal training, and for customer support

  • To verify user location for fintech regulatory compliance, geo-fence agricultural land, conduct GIS surveys for government projects, calculate field staff travel, and validate attendance records

  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties (like payment processors, cloud hosting providers) necessary for service delivery, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Important: We do not sell your personal data. We explicitly do not store credit/debit card details or similar sensitive payment data.

Data Security & Retention

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We retain your information as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Rights (India)

  • Review & Correction: You can review and request correction of your personal data by contacting us.
  • Consent Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent for data collection by writing to [email protected]. Note that this may affect our ability to provide certain Services.
  • Deletion: You can request deletion of your data. We will comply where required by law. For requests related to data stored within the Android app, you can also manage or request deletion via the app's settings or by contacting us.
